This significant regeneration project comprises the redevelopment and improvement of the historically important former National School building and associated underused site within the village of Castlewellan, Co. Down. The project involves the part demolition of the existing facility with extensive renovation and restoration of the remaining structure and a new large scale, purpose-built extension accommodating a new secure Pre-school/ Nursery unit with ancillary facilities, four-court sports hall, fitness suite, changing rooms, kitchen/servery, toilets, ancillary accommodation, associated site works and landscaping.
