Extensive renovation, refurbishment and extension of large existing period home over three floors located within a prestigious “Area of Townscape Character” in Lisburn City.

This significant project included external demolitions, new build rear extension, internal alterations and reorganisation of spaces, remedial structural additions, new roof coverings, new traditional style sliding sash windows, improvements to the thermal performance and efficiency of the dwelling, upgrade of M+E services including under-floor heating throughout the ground floor, eradication measures to prevent rising damp, new aluminium rain water goods, interior fit-out, restoration and repair works/treatments to external brick envelope, restoration and renovation of former out-building to garage use as well as associated site works and landscaping.
